Lockout Fee (During Normal Hours)

This payment is for a lockout service provided by HeavenWill Pathways when a resident requires assistance gaining access to the property due to being locked out. This fee will be assessed if a HeavenWill Pathways staff member must physically come to the residence to let the resident into the home, bedroom, or their closet. This fee will also be assessed if, due to a resident’s negligence, a HeavenWill Pathways staff member is required to change the access code to the residence or bedroom. Fees are assessed in accordance with the Resident Agreement and House Rules.
