This payment is for residents who require lockout assistance outside of normal business hours, which is considered an emergency lockout service. Emergency, after hours, and holiday lockout services include situations where a resident is locked out of the residence, their bedroom, or their closet and requires a HeavenWill Pathways staff member to respond during evenings, weekends, or recognized holidays. Because these requests require staff availability outside of regular operating hours, additional fees may apply. All lockout fees are assessed in accordance with the Resident Agreement and House Rules.
