The Security Deposit is a refundable payment collected prior to move-in to help cover potential damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, lost keys or key fobs, excessive cleaning costs, or other charges outlined in the Resident Agreement. The Security Deposit is separate from monthly rent and the Move-In Fee. Any eligible refund will be processed after move-out and completion of a final room inspection, less any applicable deductions.
